Thelis kafe? Inspired by the naff kitchen artwork I grew up with, here’s some real Greek coffee made by a real Cypriot woman (my Yiayia) served on a gilded tray and very Cypriot, handmade tablecloth. Let the velvety kaimaki (that’s the coffee foam) soothe you on a Sunday afternoon as a village Yiayia reads your fortune from the grounds formed at the bottom of your cup. She’ll almost always predict a life of good savings and good marriage. Bravo!
