Impeccable chai, dosa potato jaffle, seasonal fritters and hand rolled besan laddoo. Flyover Fritterie has moved from the city into Redfern and I don’t know what else to say besides… do yourself a favour and get there. The moment you step through Flyover’s glass door you can feel whatever incredible house-made/hand-pulped thing is going on – the aloo tiki (potato fritter with with tamarind and mint chutneys) is one of the best things I’ve eaten all year.
